Karen <Book Participant>
A total bookworm, she’s very easily excitable and cheerful, almost to an aggressive degree.  She’s also part of the Debate club, with them being quite proud of her participation despite the fact she’s representing the Book club and not them.  She has a huge crush on <Soccer Participant> and becomes giggly towards him.  She fights with a bunch of books.

Amai-chan <Anime Participant>
She’s obsessed with anime and is a proud, self-proclaimed “otaku”.  In reality, she wasn’t even meant to represent the Anime club because the members all dislike her obnoxiousness and are embarrassed by her behaviour.  She is highly obsessed with <Video Game Participant> due to him being Japanese.  She fights with a bunch of cosplay items.

Akihiro <Video Game Participant>
Quiet and rather snarky, he’s a Japanese boy born in America, and thus as a result, he’s a little more Westernized.  Though he does retain some of his traditions and is pretty proud of his culture, he hates <Anime Participant> and wishes she’d just leave him alone.  He’s more interested in <Automotive Participant>.  He fights with a controller and cords.

Linh <Archery Participant>
Though there was debate on the student council on whether her club should be classed as Athletic-Intramural or Special Interest, she ultimately had her club placed in the latter.  Aloof and appearing cold, she’s much warmer and a little more timid around people she’s familiar with – particularly her best friend, <Cheerleading Participant>.  She fights with a bow and arrows.

Manuel <Culinary Participant>
The best cook in his club, he happily accepts the role of taking part of the competition to showcase his club and to show his skills in cooking and food.  He’s very competitive, but he’s otherwise an amiable fellow.  He is close friends with <Gymnastics Participant> and is happy to cook for her.  He fights with cooking utensils (primarily a frying pan) and various ingredients.
