Finally getting some profiles out for my story, Beautiful Idol Hearts! >w< I currently have three more to do, too, but I'll post 'em when I have time to colour them.

Biography
He and his best friend, Leigh, graduated from college together and have lived together ever since.  A graduate from International Business, he is very good with finances and calculations.  He is also a really nice, friendly guy, and is quite peace-loving and pacifistic – not liking the idea of using fisticuffs or physical force to solve any situation.  At first very reluctant, he relents to Leigh’s proposal of investing their money on an abandoned recording studio, and the two open an idol agency together.  He is co-owner and co-manager with Leigh. Between him and his best friend, he is the one who is more nurturing, calm and gentle with his idols - providing as a sort of maternal figure.

Notable Relationships
 Leigh
His best friend since high school, the two have been together ever since.  Whereas Ralph is much calmer and more serene, Leigh is more hot-tempered and prone to using violence when angered.  Despite that, they work well together, love video games and solving problems, and manage to work off each other's differences.  Still, there are times that Ralph gets exasperated from Leigh's short fuse, as he has to hold him back every time.

Olivia
Because she's still in high school, she tends to ask Ralph some questions about what university was like.  Ralph however is happy to oblige her questions, and doesn't mind her curiosity, and treats her like a little sister.  Still, he tends to worry about her due to her naivete.

Tristan 
The first male idol and the second one to join overall, seeing that Tristan was shy, Ralph was encouraging towards him.  Subsequently, Tristan tends to talk to him a lot about any problems he has, or concerns there are with his fellow idols.  Though Ralph is quite casual around him, he doesn't seem to see Tristan's pretty obvious crush on him.

Milo
Though he gets along with Milo, there are times that Ralph gets exhausted from the younger man's enthusiasm and copious amounts of energy.  Sadly, he's also not exempt from Milo's trolling and gadfly tendencies, though Ralph knows that Milo's actions are never malicious or have ill intent.

Ashley 
Despite how haughty she acts towards everyone around her, and even initially annoying Ralph at first because of her attitude, he makes sure to be extra patient.  Because of that, she has more respect for him when he listens to her needs and concerns.  Doesn't mean that she'll fully stop being her proud self.

Vincent
They have a respectful relationship, though Ralph can't help but worry a lot over Vincent due to him being a selective mute when he's not performing.  Still, he makes sure to be very patient and understanding with him, even though he wants to know how and why the quiet idol is the way he currently is.  Still, the two do enjoy sitting near the fountain and letting time fly by in peace, and Vincent does start to open up little by little around him.

Jen 
She likes to talk to him as she finds any person who can withstand her cousin's temper and short fuse admirable.  Despite her being a tomboy, Ralph treats her like a proper lady, which is something that Jen still tends to get flustered and taken aback at.  

Fun Facts:
 His surname is Esperanza.
 He graduated from university with a Bachelor of International Business.
 He's allergic to nuts: breaking out in a red rash if he's exposed to it.
 He has a pet Turkish Angora cat named Gloria who absolutely hates everyone but himself, his mother, and Leigh.
 Has an older sister and a younger one.  However, the relationship he has with them isn't disclosed.
 Beautiful Idol Hearts was initially supposed to be a dating sim, and Ralph was supposed to be the protagonist who can date both guys and girls.
 His character was very loosely inspired by a guy I know in real life.
